The previously run down apartment in a 1950’s block, located in the trendy Marylebone of central London, was completely stripped out to make way for a new layout and modern fittings.

Starting from scratch provided the opportunity to optimise the use of space and seamlessly integrate all the new services.

The redesigned layout makes the most of the corner aspect which gives it plenty of light and views across the city.

A slatted screen helps define the spaces whilst keeping a light and spacious feeling. The mirror strips in the screen conceal the heavier structure for the TV on the living room side.
