Pūriri House

Sandy Bay, Waiheke

An existing cottage stands in close contact with a magnificent Pūriri tree and overlooks a few other significant trees. Alterations to the existing house and an extension were required to increase accommodation for a multi generational family.

The new sleep-out extension provides some privacy whilst still making the most of the sun and close connection to the trees. The concept plans also provided options for a future internal connection to the main house.
